Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of SourcetoMCP, a data platform operated by SourcetoMCP (“SourcetoMCP”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SourcetoMCP gives AI agents governed, real-time access to your connected marketing, product and finance tools. You connect your sources, define your metrics once, and your agent answers from a single source of truth through our MCP server. We may add, change or remove features from time to time as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use SourcetoMCP. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
SourcetoMCP is not designed or intended for regulated data such as protected health information, financial data covered by banking-secrecy or similar regimes, or other data subject to a specific regulatory regime we have not agreed to support in writing. Please do not connect a source or upload data of that kind.
3. Plans, connections and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your plan sets how many data sources you can connect at once.
- You can move between plans at any time. Changes to your connection limit take effect when the plan change is applied. If you upgrade or downgrade, the new fee applies from your next billing cycle.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the amount owing is settled.
4. Refunds
Monthly subscriptions can be refunded if you cancel within 7 days of purchase. Annual subscriptions can be refunded if you cancel within 30 days of purchase. Outside those windows, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Your data and connected sources
When you connect a source, you authorise SourcetoMCP to access data from that source on your behalf so we can answer your agent’s questions. You confirm that you have the right to connect each source and to let us process its data for this purpose. You keep ownership of your data. We access and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any data you rely on. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we are not liable for loss of data that results from your use of the service, a connected source, or a third-party outage.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Connect data you are not authorised to access or share.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Scrape, automate access to, or reverse engineer the service outside of the connectors and MCP tools we provide for that purpose.
- Resell or provide the service to a third party except as expressly permitted.
7. Intellectual property
SourcetoMCP, including the software, design and content we provide, remains our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms are in force. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the service except to the extent the law allows.
8. Third-party services and AI outputs
The service relies on third-party providers, including the tools you choose to connect and the AI agents (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity) that call our MCP server. Your use of a connected tool or agent is also subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability or content.
SourcetoMCP returns structured data drawn from your connected sources, but we do not control, author or review what a third-party AI agent goes on to generate from that data. We do not represent that any AI-generated output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and you should verify anything you rely on.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the answers produced by connected agents will be accurate or complete. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or AUD $150.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SourcetoMCP harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the data you connect or upload, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using SourcetoMCP and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case you remain responsible for fees accrued up to that point. When your account ends, your right to use the service stops and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and our legal obligations change. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any dispute arising from them.
